I just built my new 21st bday present on top of my old heavily fucked with razor black label ultra pro, replaced the completely broken, balls leaking out the sides headset, got a phoenix phorx fork, fsa pig headset, and 27x18 tsi heptron handlebars (I wanted the tv bars but they sent me the wrong ones). I use some weird cheap really hard rollerblade wheels because I enjoy powersliding way too much.
I use this vehicle to get around the bay area. It is built for durability and speed. Winter is soon approaching, and I am often quite hung over going to class. In wet conditions, the factory black label ultra pro brake does not fucking work. I do not wish to further injure my wrists. They are extremely necessary for various tasks.
The way I envision flex brakes is that they bend over the wheel, not allowing the brake to fucking hydroplane over the wheel because there's at least some space where water is not involved. Does this happen?
TL;DR what's the best brake for wet roads?
scooterresource or ABS
