Best Scoot for 300$

What would be the best scooter to get for 300$ for a light weight, short (5 3) intermediate rider..I ride street but i ride park sometimes too. What do you think, also Id like to be on the light side as well, but also balanced (for scooter) thanks alot
BTW: rup only cost 60 bucks on amazon, so if i keep the deck and if i had to keep bars, then what should i get?
