best threadlock for HIC compression.

im going to have an HIC compression and i dont want it to be loosening by itself. could you guys tell me whats the best thread lock for the HIC/ICS compression. Because im not sure which one to get. Either the blue or red one? Below is a link to the types of thread lock.

the bolt that connects the caps and shim to the fork. if its not tightened then it will be loose and it will start shaking

to answer your original question, blue loctite is ok to use. red loctite is pretty hardcore

HIC doesnt really come loose, unless you dont tighten it all the way. if you tighten it, it will be fine.

another thing you could try is teflon tape. it worked great when i ran out of loctite

ohh okay thats what i thought you needed it for. i don't think you should need it. just tighten it. i have hic and it hasn't loosened yet.

as long as both flanges on the starnut are in, you should be fine. id say hammer it in so the starnut is about 5mm from the top

I find hic does come a lil loose after a while, but really its not that hard to adjust it really?
