110 metal core, you probably wont break it and it will wear down as slowly as any other wheels, so id say metal core 110

Buy a 110 low profile.
One of, if not the best front wheel i have used, Volcanix, vapour and drive dehub way to easily.

different people ride differently some dehub wheels and some dont also some people dont break their wheels in first so nobody is really lying its just how they ride
