Best wheels for riding street?

I was reading a post in the general section about riding street. It made me think if there are wheels that are good for ground material found at street spots? If you have a preference please tell me.

i ride 110 Yaks all round... park and street but i also like the set-up of 110 Yak in front and 110 Low Pro in the back but do wat ever seems good... L8er

low pros are fine...if you have problems with cracking the hub/core then hot-glue it, or just hot-glue it to be safe.

Well , now , it is really hard to find Yaks around the world. America is including ( I think ) . In Australia , there are some skate shops which have Yaks / Low Profiles.

Most of the people ride Yaks for everything which can be park , street etc. Other than Yaks , there are Micro Metal Cores which have a full metal core and white urethane. They have very strong cores since it is metal and solid but I heard , they makes a irritating clicking noise.

If you can't get Micros or Yaks , just use stock Razor wheels. You can reinforce the cores by filling up the gaps with hot glue. You probably have seen those wheels.

i think 24seven basically summed it up. if you cant afford metal cores, but yakks, if you cant find or buy yaks, hot glued stocks.

David Ross , I don't have Metal Cores. You have them so you know but I'm sure there are people who cannot bare the clicks. I think Brian Boston is one.

I am not going against you though. I actually have respect for you. I don't know why.

because im a gangstar lol but they only click if you take bearings in and out of them like i did lol

You can either buy it , stay irrated and ride it / get over it ( like Josh said ) or if you can't bare it , don't use it. Another way is just get Yaks.

plus they cost. ALOT. and not everyones rich. like me. (by that i mean poor)
i half to wait like forever to get my sr fork so i can get enough money.

but back on subject, when i rode my mach 2's i hated them they skidded so easly, when you braked they sqeaked so fucking loud! not recommended.
i changed my brake and they still did it. after 3 weeks of pure riding i gave them away.

i got yaks the next day rode those 3 days and fell in love with yaks. soo recomended.

i also rode some sweet razor stock wheels, loved them but kinda slow. i dehubed them or smashed the hell out of the cores. there decent. i would probably ride them agian.

you got some chioces. good luck=]

I got myself banned.
Micro metal cores are the best if you don't mind the clicks. I have an idea to stop the clicks but i dunno if it would work right. I was thinking of wrapping a piece of electrical tape around the outside of the bearing and put it in the wheel, but it might be too thick to get back in the wheel.
