Better 180's

I can do a 180 somewhat consistent, but when i try to do them over stuff, i cant clear the object lenght wise, its almost lik when i 180 i get NO distance at all... help?

Well I'm no expert but try to work on starting your 180 later, like just as your back wheel comes off.
