Better to learn frontflips or backflips first?

id rather do a front flip, because i cant even back flip on a trampoline but can almost front flip flat, so my opinion, back flips scare the shit out of me

learn backies first... i learnt frontys first, then realised backies where so much easier... i learnt both with one mattress that didnt do much lol... but yeah flips r an easy trick to learn if your not a bitch...

but yeah once u get your first one over with, ull know what to do, and they wont be scary

backflips are easier, learn em into a foam pit and get the motion down and take it to the quarter
