Bikes

honestly dont be one of those bikers who has a 500-600 dollar complete that can barely do anything..
not trying to be an ass
but i cant say how often i see lil kids with bikes way better than mine
and they can barely drop in or 180
start with something cheaper like 300-350
then add on better parts till soon enough
you have no stock parts on your bike
and you basically built it up over time

theres no point in buying a stock bike in the 300 dollar range then having to spend another 400 dollars over a course of time on new stuff. I'd rather buy a good complete, and put a few custom parts on it.

amen. they are top of the line. as for brakes, just get a straight cable. if its long you can get 1-2 rotations in, and gyros are very hard to keep running.

thanks for the bump bro. I got a sunday funday ex. I replaced the bars with lumberjacks because I got them for 54 dollars, and someone bought my sunday bars with grips for 51. The lumberjacks have a lifetime warranty, so i figured it was a steal.

I dont like plastic seats or pedals, so i got the sc crow seat and matt hoffman sole mate metal pedals.

I wanted a big straight cable with a short lever, and grips i better preferred, so i ended up with an odyssey mesh cable, monolever, and ODI longnecks.

Finally, the bike lacked pegs, so i got shadow little ones. Really just changed some little things, kept the main stuff, except the bars of course, with the warranty. Sold the other stuff.

Week 1 with my new bike. (a vid my buddy and I made for fun)
