Black District v2 Lucky Hic bars 22.5 in scs 18 wide (cap stuck in em) and black scs

district is practially brand new i rode flat on it for like 2 days
bars are practically new and painted only thing is theres a hic shim and top cap in the bars so it rattles but im sure it could be fixed
scs is dinged up but works perfect
