I grinded it down a little, i can finish grinding it for you for $5 more, its not that hard to do yourself though...
anyways, i didn't want to spend more money buying grinding bits, so i decided to not use it. the metal brake pad things have minimum wear. you can ask david or geoff about it, this thing's in great condition.
if you want pictures, i'll post them, but trust me, it looks like any other half-grinded madd/blade brake...
