blade brake question

ok i just got a new blade brake and installed it correctly and everything but when i put my new eagle sport on the brake is like really close to rubbing the wheel and i have the bolt turned so the brake it is at the highest it can go, any suggestions?

file it down more with a file or sand paper

ok yeah because i bought it already filed down so i didnt know how much it needs to be filed
