blade brakes in the usa?

ok so i was riding in my friends neighborhood today and well i saw a little kid riding a scooter and i noticed that it was a 'blitz' scooter some off brand probably but it had a madd gear/ blade brake on it and i doubt a 7 year old with stock everything put it on there so i was wondering did they every make scooters with blade brakes or blade scooters in usa?

madd gear might have sold scooter parts to companies that were making scooters to...save money?

because yeah alot of different scooters have that brake, some of them don't have the "stop" thing on the end (whether madd made those i dont know)

i got one off a blitz scooter too. they're probably like the same company as blade/madd, just in the US or something.
