Blade Break Problems

Hey, i recently put a blade break on my scooter and grinded it down and stuff but i got it off of a schwinn scooter and it fits good and stuff but i didnt grind it a friend did and its wobbly and its down touching my wheel.. it also doesnt fit the whole thing so it rattled left and right how would i fix this stuff? i know i would have to find some type of spacer on the break but would i have to grind it down more to make it higher? idc if its really high all i care about it it not touching my wheel, and i hate the rattling sound.

help plox?

grab a pair of multi grips, take your spring off and squeeze the two straight bit's (that touch the deck and the brake) and leave it for like 2 hours and your brake will be tighter and won't rattle, also i don't really know what you could do if it rattles from side to side maybe tighten the brake bolt.
