Do they charge postaging? if so how much would it be for a wheel?

They would definitely charge postage mate, almost all companies do. And, to be honest, unless you tell us or post a link to the wheel that you're talking about, it's pretty hard to help you.

You should really be asking Blade School, they could tell you more.
