Blasphemy

TILT Chromos meet my Flight 20 in a passionate embrace, so tender yet so tight, they plan never again to part.

I saw on one of the Flight Deck threads people saying they wouldn't buy the deck because of peg compatibility. Just here to tell everyone that it does work. And its a hella smooth deck too. Loving the extra concave. Pisses me off that its 4.75" and not 5.0" though.

It's not that pegs don't fit on the deck. The deck is thicker though, I think it's 1.25 or 1.5 inches thick whereas normal decks are 1 inch. This makes the pegs not flush with the bottom of the deck, resulting in some sketchy moments. And if you lock into double pegs well, you end up doing 50-50s instead of double peg grinds a lot of the time. You'll see what I mean once you ride it. I personally have no problems with it because I ride a lot of park and on coping it doesn't affect it much but doing handrails and such with them can be pretty sketchy.

If you land on the deck when doing a double peg or an icepick or something you'll just slip off onto the peg immediately it's not that big of a deal if you have normal sized pegs.

The ONLY time it's a problem for me is on rare occasions when I'm doing icepick stalls. But yeah, it really isn't a big deal, I was just clearing up the fact that the problem was not with the pegs actually fitting on the deck.
