Blunt Complete or Pheonix standard w smx and batwings

Want to know what you guys think, should I get a Blunt Complete w/o wheels for 225$ or a Pheonix standard 4.0 deck with smx and batwings with HIC batwing clamp for 200$

blunt...the deck isn't as good as the Pheonix but the Blunt bars are better than batwings lol

Lol I'm 5'3 , 14, and 90lbs. But yeah a district v2 deck or a blunt aosv2 would be nice. My district v2 is about to snap.
