BrandonWeir Steel Member Nov 6, 2011 #4 The Phantom is made for a district, but I think district brakes fit in Blunts. But the Blunt flexie is made for blunts only, so it won't fit in a district. Its kinda the same concept as a square can be a rectangle but a rectangle can't be square.
