the only blunt product ive had trouble with is the compression, my strippers and mr T's are both fine, same with the wheels and fork, havn't tried the deck so i can't comment.
But Blunt is a relatively new brand so of course the first designs arn't going to be 100% perfect, it will probably take more attempts to improve whatever is wrong with the decks and such. i know the new decks will have longer welds at the bottom of the headtube so they are stronger. Just remember that not many companies are perfect the moment they release a product, give them time to fix everything up.
