Why, though?
I'm asking this only because as far as the government and its president goes, then I agree (and am suprised that their leader hasn't been assasinated yet, haha), but its land and its architecture? You'd be amazed how many original spots you stumble upon just by cruising down a few kilometers of any random street in Moscow, while the city being away just a trainride away from Tallinn. I've been there once for other reasons and I regret that I didn't take my scooter then. For all I know, one of the points of scootering is to forget about anything unrelated to scootering, such as everyday problems, politics and even who you are.
