Yes bmx headsets make a huge difference I installed my PIG - FSA and its so much better barspins are effortless now. And its real easy to put it on just like people said, I recomend anyone that wants to take scootering more serious getting one.

guys dont buy unselaed fsa headsets they actually wear out and when they do its terrible you get random seizes everywhere
I just got a sealed its alot nicer you dont have to go chasing ball bearings around and you dont have to clean it

Lol i had the same problem when i pulled my headset apart to clean me bearing. I ride G force headset now ive had no probs with it and really cheap lik 15buks

sorry to bump a old thread but do you have to put all the parts from the bmx headset in the scoot headset? or just the headcups?

I used to run a PIG but My bearings wore down bad..and the cage split..

But now i am running Stock Bottom Cup and Top FSA PIG cup..

Prob the best my headsets ever run!

Beat the shit out of the stock headset until it comes off, then place in the bmx headset.

like 100x better. sealed ones are sooooo smooth and the bearings dont "click" into spots on the races like razor ones do. if you know what i mean.
