Bolt stuck in baby scs

my bottom bolt is tightened too much and it wont come out. i dont wanna strip the bolt but its closee to strippingg. HELP

Tighten all the other bolts back up as much as you can and see if that helps. Hit the allen wrench with force to break the bolt free instead of just putting a lot of weight on it. Other than that, grease your bolts next time, and loosen the bolts evenly instead of loosening one all the way and then moving to the next one.
