Bolting down Pro

1. Where can I find the bolts (not places like Home Depot, etc.)

What the fuck are you talking about? Just get the bolts at a local hardware store and then you just gut the foldy, and put bolts where it would make sense to put bolts. You can use back axles too if you're desperate.
