bolting foldy help

I am bolting my foldy and the bottem pivot thing that is factory installed is pretty much impossible to get out. Any ideas how to get it out, it is the only stopping me from removing my steer tube, I have the other 2 bolts in.

uhh try a rubber mallet with like a screw driver that you dont care about and hammer it through. it shouldnt be tough to get out

you can just leave it in uf you want or prize it off whith a screwdriver.

wowwwwww. take a needle nose plier and grab onto one of the little black things that keeps it in, and take it off. its not rocket science.

Use a punch and a rubber mallet to hit the bolt out but if you don't have a punch use an old screwdriver.

I did and it's still stuck in there

i have had this happen
dont event bother to get it out just put the other 2 bolt in and it will work fine

yeah just dont bother, all you have to do is tighten the other two bolts tight enough that it will pinch the foldy and the head-tube won't move at all. make sure you have washers on both ends or it will mess up your foldy

all i use is a flathead screwdriver and just pivot. easy. but watch urself caus it might fly out and poke ur eye out. .)
