just get a drill bit and drill through your bars and put a front axle through it.

ues the same crossbar that you would ust to make 1 pieces

Find bolts that fit through the stock holes on the t-tube. You don't need massive ones because the bolts only prevent the bars from wriggling, not make them stronger.

not realy you can get it thinner to put bar ends on or you can get it thicker if you want them stronger
