Idk why but the title of this thread really annoys me...
Just because it doesn't have a break doesn't make it a beast...

Its just a scooter without a break...

Anyway, I dunno, I think not having a break is pretty dumb... UNLESS you have a break that doesn't go down, to cover the wheel...
OR, you can actually do good flat land on a scooter and like to not have a break so you can push the wheel back and forth with you foot.

But that doesn't happen.
So I'm with Pete.

It's either a know-ped or a grow-ped which are made by goped(www.goped.com). I have one myself but they are extremely heavy compared to normal aluminum razor scooters. Also, I almost always bend the rear axle whenever I ride mine.

There is nothing to stop your back foot from touching the back wheel (and I doubt anyone can control the scooter well enough while having enough foot space to avoid it), which is bad when riding, but means death when landing.

not everyone rides in a stance that involes there feet touching the wheel when they ride. I rode brake-less for 2 weeks and i had to trouble riding. If anything it helped because i wouldn't worry about hitting my brake and looping out. If anything riding brake-less can help you with your "deck handling" skills and be more comfortable controling the deck when you put a brake back on.
My opinion no brake is fine and it wont kill you if you are able to ride a scooter at all.

my mum read this post. and thort it would be cool to take out the breaks in her car... now she's dead..she was goin down a hill and couldnt stop and got hit by truck

Haha, nice Corey.

And Madis, I've never tried putting Rads on it, it might work though. These bars are good anyway, they're dowelled and such. And if I were to get new bars I'd just get a race pole.

there's a big difference between riding brake less on a bike and on a scooter....you ride brakeless on a bike to get rid of the annoying cables and not have to use a gyro, and since your foot isn't like...right above your wheel at all times

i wwant to try that whole brake stopper mod thing and do fakie manuals on ledges....that'd be ill.
