Yes you use paypal. but you have to have your parents set one up. because you use your credit card i belive but can i buy two xt wheels for 55 shipped?

you dont need a credit card for it. just make a paypal, confirm your e-mail, and then have them paypal the money to your confirmed e-mail.

You dont need a bank acccount hooked up to your paypal, but if you dont have a bank account hooked up to your paypal they take like 4.5% out of the money someone send's you.
