i know all you kids nowadays love the underground gnar fuck people up metalcore, but what about a normal, popular band?


brand new has been my favorite bands for awhile. i started liking them when their first cd was out since it was really good pop punk. then it seemed as my taste in music changed, so did their cd's. deja entendu is one of my favorite cd's ever, and the devil and god are raging inside me is also amazing. i can honestly say there wasn't a song i didn't consider great on their last 2 cds, they're just genius.

any else listen to them?

they're from Bellmore, if i remember correctly, which is like 10 minutes away from me.

if not, then they're from somewhere on long island thats probably not far from my town.

I like that one song Sic Transit Gloria, Glory Fades. I think that's what it's called lol, but I've listened to other songs and they're pretty good.

Theyve been a sick band ever since there first Album...def. still a band i listen to, and they got a lot of songs on my Ipizzle.

Sic transit is awesome, as is Jesus Christ and Quiet things no one ever Knows :)

Pretty sick band.
