It's not working. The thing is that it is always in the "stop" position, it's down. There is a special spring which must hold it up, but this spring dangles instead of holding the break. That's why when I ride, brake slowly erases the wheel and tinkles.

Man!!! You guru! I was watching TV yesterday and they said that St Petersburg is the 2nd biggest city in da world. I fink China and Russia is next to each other. Come find me and i'll repair your brake. Do some mods on it for you too.
