Before you say anything, PLEASE understand that I'm not calling him unlegit, I'm just being cautious about my money and am looking for an answer.

Who has traded with Brock before? He doesn't seem like a shady guy, and he doesn't really have a reason to lie or cheat anyone, but now I'm not too sure.

I gave him, through Paypal, money for a Nintendo 64. This was a little over a month ago. He said he sent it off 3 weeks ago through UPS, no tracking number provided. Somehow. I still have yet to receive it, and because I have moved from the address which I gave to him for the shipping, it will just be sent back to him, and will needed to be shipped again. I'm beginning to think he didn't send it at all, maybe he never even had an N64. Who knows. Maybe this was just a huge shipping mistake by UPS, I have no idea. But 3 weeks? And I believe another kid is waiting a Brock May shirt as well, for around the same amount of time as me.

So, for anyone who traded with him before, please tell me approximately how long it took to ship and if there was any confusion or sketch. I'm not trying to give him a bad name, and I apologize if this is just a mistake that is out of our control, I'm just looking for some answers.

Find out if he still has the UPS Receipt, see if he'll take it there and ask for a tracking number on the package. They're free with UPS lol. I mean, I've never seen him trade with anyone on here.. But he does a lot of business online with his designs and stuff. I would think he's legit.

Okay. Yeah, I'm thinking this is just UPS being terrible at what they do. Guess I'll find out soon enough

theres atleast 20 kids on here waiting for a shirt that was supposed to get made, including me. he made an easy atleast 50 dollars by saying hed make a shirt if we all sent him 5 dollars.

As mentioned it is on the receipt when you pay. Contact Paypal and ask for a refund and make the Sender contact UPS to recover the cost of the lost package.

I've sent hundreds of packages VIA UPS and NONE have been lost.(not that it doesn't happen) but the shipping responsibility is on the SENDER.

"I sent it." is not a good answer. You wouldn't accept that from any retailer.

correct me if i'm wrong , but didn't he charge a bunch of people $5 to make a shirt and never did or refund anybody's money? pretty unlegit if you ask me

Yeah, if it comes down to it then I'll just file a dispute. Another thing is that when I paid, he told me to write something agreeing not to file a dispute. But, I did word it carefully enough to make sure i could still make one if nothing is received. I hope I don't have to though, I just want my damn N64 haha.

Ebay and I have a very close relationship haha. But N64s are a bit pricey on there, and Brock gave me an extremely good deal on it, along with some games.

Anywho, just filed the dispute. Once again Brock, if this really was a mistake by UPS and I receive it, I'll paypal the money back as quick as I can. Sorry if it is.

I work full time now and the whole community shirt thing is a slow process, it will happen, but it is no where near done. For those of you who are worried about it, I guess I dont know what to tell you. I work on this project everyday little by little, and its a annoying process. Aside from that, I got the n64 sent back because of a typo on the address and because I drew to many pictures on it :< UPS fucks me over 24/7 and its the only thing available for me.

Here is the thing with the community shirt ----- I am paying for the printing, its a bitch, its going to cost me 600 bucks to do this so I can have a reasonable amount of shirts for you kiddos, they are only being printed once, so I cant fuck this up. I'm trying to make something cool for you lads out of my free time, and now I get online and see this shit.

The thing with trading and selling, you need to be considerate of people's schedules, I work 10 hours a day, I have to make deadlines or I dont make the cash, if I dont make the cash, I have to withdraw from savings to pay for stupid bills and shit. Being a freelance artist is a bitch and if you are going to work with me you need to be more considerate.
