broken fingers, all skin off of hand, head bleeding

okay...while i was doin a nose manual down my hill the weel got stuck in a crack, i went flying over my handle bars face first and, i got a huge bump on it [which was bleeding], i also broke two fingers, and got all the skin on the top of my hand taken off.
