buff clamp problem

i took off my bars today to mess with the fork and the headset. But when i went to put the buffs back on they screwed over my fork and i tightened the screw that goes threw the clamp. Once it startend to tighten over my fork the screw started skipping threads and wouldnt tighten. so now my buff clamp wont tighten onto my fork to hold my bars. what should i do.

change out the bolt ive done that like 3 times just use a new a or old a clamp bolt

whenever i change the bolt it does the same thing

i think i will just have to buy a new buff clamp or put a pro clamp on

you have to file out the pro clamp

Stretch out the pro model clamp and put it on. Buff clamps suck the fat dick, sorry Buff.

just replace the screw wit a promodel clamp screw works fine

then you did it wrong
take a pro model clamp, put a penny between the screws and where they screw in, and start screwing them in to so it stretches the clamp out, then put it on the bars. but you might have to hit it on.

Get a bike seat clamp in 1 1/4", they work a million times better than Razor and apparently Buff clamps.

1 1/4 clamps dont work, or at least the 1 1/4 clamp i got. buffs are 1/8 bigger than one pieces, so the 1 1/4 clamps do not fit on right.
