If I'm not mistaken, don't seat posts bolt down? If they do, it shouldn't really matter. You just have to know what size for your grips and/or bar ends.

I went to home depot and they didnt have the right OD for a crossbar for stocks
what is the right OD fo stocks?
I was looking for 7/8 but they didnt have any
