But I had an idea for your SCS.
It would eliminate people cutting bolts, stripping threads, and generally being dicks and fucking their shit up.

Instead of having the bolts thread into the SCS, have one side of the SCS have hexagonal slots CNC'd into the side big enough for a nut to fit into flush, and just have a standard allen head bolt on the other side that threads into the nut. This way if something goes wrong it would be a much easier fix than buying a whole new SCS or drilling out a bolt etc.

Just a thought. you probably hate when people suggest things about your products but meh.

also make me a set of hic slayers

Thats the same thing I was saying in an scs thread, I feel like it would be pretty bulky, but the perfect scs. Its basically a fool proof scs. You cant strip it or get anything stuck, worst comes to worst you change a bolt.

I ahve an scs and an hic set up, and I like the scs so much better. Once you know how to really dial it its great, but people arent patient with stuff like that. This would be so easy for anyone who has problems with scs.

it wouldn't even be that bulky, think of how thick the proto SCS side is? it could easily house a 1/4th bolt/nut with no problems

Imagine eliminating nearly every problem with the proto SCS in one easy step!
rising above the other SCS' out there!

It should be a little bulkier though, not much. Cause you dont want the bolt to push against a real thin layer of metal.
A 1/4" bolt, and Id say like an 1/8" thick layer of metal under that. 3/8" or so wouldnt be too bulky haha.

I own SR.
I've thought of a couple different ways to make the threading separate... it might work... we will be doing a lot of prototyping again this year so maybe well give it a try and see how it goes!
