Which one of these can fit on a regular chromoly steer tube you can put stock clamps on without it being stretched?
and will the one that fits fit a normal cross bar?

Andrew uses the 1st one im prettty sure and theyre diffrent sizes. read it first ones 1 3/8 and the second one is 1 1/8

dude scooterzone makes them out of chromolly and they fit stock clamps.
