Building a lightweight scooter

I'm trying to build the lightest scooter that I can. Let me know if any of the parts in this list are good or bad as I would love feedback on it. I don't have a budget atm, but any discounts or pricing info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I've added up a rough estimate of the weight based on the website descriptions and totaled the price.

  • Ethic Pandemonium Deck: 2.6 lbs $199
  • Aztek Anthem SCS HIC Fork: 0.47 $67
  • Envy Reaper Aluminum Bar SCS: 1.82 lbs $89
  • Lucky SCS Compression System: 0.49 lbs $59
  • Ethic DTC Incube V2 110mm x2: 0.84 lbs $50
  • Bones Reds Bearing and Spacer Set $10.50
  • 6.22 Lbs | Total: $474.50$

Most of the people on here aren't huge on light scooters, but I'll help.
Ethic deck: Yes, I can tell you're a park rider so go 21
Aztek fork: Cool fork, like it's feel and looks
Reapers: Ehhhh, not a huge fan, sure you support a sick rider but they are done so much, I would go for Ethic dryades. Cheaper and come from a better brand.
Lucky SCS: Both the original and the DRC are known for stripping, plus they are the most ugly clamp, SCS or no, in my opinion. If you want a cheap SCS clamp, cop an UrbanArtt mini SCS. Super cheap and good.
Ethic DTC Incubes: Not my favorite wheel, I love Ethic, but those are not their best wheel. Their biggest flop was the brake on Pandemonium decks forward though. But a good cheap wheel that is loight as hell, go for Root industries airs. Bit hard though. Don't say I didn't warn you.
Pegs: I know you are not a peg rider probably, but check out Avid plastic pegs. I run four on my pandemonium and feel no difference in weight.

Either way, you would of had a nice scooter, just on the next one, remember to put grips and a headset on. Or do you not have grips so you will never have sweaty grips, or do you not run a headset to make whips faster or something?

Thanks for the input this helps a lot.
I forgot to include it because I wasn't purchasing it as I was going to reuse my envy headset and reuse my grips.
But which headset and grips would you recommend?

I'd say what you selected was good for your purpose. If you like your grips and your headset spins fine there is no need to change them. I have made a tutorial on how to make your headset faster which is on my channel as that helps a bit with whips etc.

I was just joking around with that part, I figured as much.
