You could probably 'buy' nero from somewhere, just have a look around, even the t word.

yes, the t word is very helpful when "buying" stuff. I personally use poweriso. It's good for everything, not just burning cd's.

Nero is the easiest 1 ive used, You can proboly buy it from some Pc shop or download the Trial and use it for 30 days.

Adobe Encore. Have fun learning how to use it It took me like 3 hours to make the Whip DVD menus and they sucked really bad.

the thing that sucks about the trial though is that there is a limit on how big the file you're buring is. Just "buy" it if you ask me, it's worth it (I'm not posting any links, just google it pretty much).

I forgot about this program. Its pretty sweet, its called Apollo DVD Creator, it can convert any format video onto a dvd (almost everything atleast) and the quality is usually good. Heres a link to the product page, http://www.createdvd.net/video_to_dvd_creator.htm .
