All wheels either chunk, ovalize, or dehub over time. The question is how long will they last for the kind of riding you do. Some wheels work better for street others work better for the park.
I've seen brand new Eagles chunk and Protos dehub within 15 mins of being used and OEMs, Demons, Lucky's, and other brands last several months...including cheap Razor wheels...it depends were you ride (park or street) and your riding style.
But getting back to the C4 wheels: I am currently riding the C4 Plums at my local park for the last month or so and am rather impressed so far. They are really fast wheels that seem to be holding up well; however, my friend, who sometimes lands sketchy, did manage to completely dehub his rear C4 MJ wheel after four days of riding. The one cool thing was that my friend contacted C4 and explained what happened and Gino had a new wheel in my friend's hand in less than two days.
For the price, I think they're excellent wheels.
