Yeah 15 minutes if you drive 100mph the whole way there, more like 20-25 minutes depends on traffic. My house should be open to about 3 or 4 people as well depending on who you are.

If you really really want look for a hotel in Lake Perris, but seriously the city is really sketchy. You can look in Moreno Valley which is 5-10 minutes away and they have a skatepark also on the air force base your aloud to ride.

I was thinking of looking at one's like close to where everyone is going to be riding because i know not everyone is going to be riding Real Ride the whole time.

Hmm, well then if I were you I'd get a hotel down by diamond bar, there is like 5 parks within 30 minutes of each other down there. Diamond Bar is about 45 minutes from real ride give or take.

Today both Pepsi and Frito Lay agreed to participate in our event. They will be on site with promotions/products and most important help in the field to promote the event at the many scheduled demos throughout So Cal and at many vendors and supermarkets. Drink Pepsi! Kota
