charles, i think they will make you enter AM because a lot of people who are going to be at this comp know who you are.

Rules will be pretty tight at this event, there won't be any sand bagging. We're trying to create a national event with some sort of standards to follow. And the event sponsors are taking this sport and event as a serious competition to see what else can be done with it in the future and if it makes sense to support it again, if it's successful, we'll all benefit. Kota

I think so too, I'm flying up to San Francisco tonight, Nextsport is filming a commercial tomorrow and Saturday for the Six Flags deal, so we'll get a chance to talk to Darren, in between takes, about the things he has planned for the event. But we could use all the help we can get. I know Darren has a lot of commitments for his Fuzion Team this season. Kota

hey! i just totally forgot about this thread and stumbled apon it last night. I'm really actually doing all that i can to inform people about this event, and i'm trying really hard to see if there is a way i can get down there for it!

You got to try to make it. My dad's lining up a bunch of sponsors, the rest is up to us. It's our chance to show companies that it makes sense to get behind this sport.If it works here it will work anywhere across the country. Kota

Yeah well Fuzion said they are not sending out riders!
And now I have no way of getting there and I want to. Akiko told me they already have enough cali riders

We have to cover the $15 for the guy at Real Ride and my dads working out a way to minimize the entry. Kota

that sounds ridiculous it sounds like its for a bunch of 10 year olds
and how is it california nationals
california is not a country
nationals is when its country wide

Its funny its done all the time in NHRA drag racing and BMX. If you don't like it don't show up or start your own comp. Kota

yeah nationals is a popular name for contest, almost every hockey tourny i'm in it like AZ nationals, or Rocky Mountain national, Cali state hockey nationals
