Camera Mount

I'm having trouble finding a way to mount my camera on my bars, (shooting w/ nikon coolpix l4 and canon powershot sx100is), earlier a friend and i were bombing hills and wanted to film it so we ended up lashing the camera to the t-bar w/ a couple of shoelaces. not exactly stable.

any suggestions are welcome

Yeah maybe, need something to cut down on vibration because shaky video just sucks. I'll post some pics once I've got it built tomorrow.

Yeah i know, its all ive got for a while. The only video camera ive got at the moment is this ancient canon Hi8, and i wouldnt be able to edit/post that footage b/c theres no way to hook it to the computer.

Maybe put a wire hanger through your bars and bend it around your bars then tape it to the hanger and you can hold the hanger in your hands on your grips.
