Can a Proto SCS be dialed?

tighten all the bolts, starting with the one inside of the scs till theres no play in the headset and put your bars in and boom its good to go

Sorry for the bump. But when you say forks that don't use starnuts are easierto get dialed. The Phoenix phorx don't use starnuts there integrated right? So they would be a good idea right? I was planning on one anyways

What kind of question is this of course there dialed as fuck every since i bought my first SCS my scooter has been dialed unless my wheels warp.

what i like to do to tighten every single bolt as much as possible is to tighten up the bolts as much as you can with your hand, then get a rubber mallett and hit them as much as you can, but dont strip the bolts. This should help a ton.
