Can any type of bars be tapered?

Hello, I searched the threads and I wanted to know if any type of bars can be tapered. The reason being is that I want to get HIC compression and I do not want to get lucky bars or any other type of 1 3/8. (Please dont ask why)

Does anyone know?

Yea as long as you weld it well and the tube u taper it with it is the right size

imo non-tapered bars are better looking, but hey thats me and its your choice

yea some people like smooth,clean parts and some just like chuncky, welded parts. those people would prolly like tapered. looks cool imo. very practical too.

Thanks for the replies guys, I was never considering to do this on my own, I was going to take it to a shop or somthing.
