can anyone make a legit logo kinda thing.. some thing to be on a shirt

heres the deal our town is trying to fund raise for are future skate park by sellin shirt.. right now the shirts are so gay i didnt even buy it .. its a picture of george washington and it says george washington is a goofy foot.
basically im askin if someone would make my town a legit logo .. no scooters or anything just a logo or some way that will promote the park
the town name is Newtown PA the zip code is 18940
it would be nice if you would include the zip code but Newtown PA is needed
