paint the bass black them chop up some sticky tape andplace it in the patern you want then spray it white then peel off the sticky tape
You don't have to do it black and white so why not go multi coloured

actualy it does have to b a light color
so you can only die this wheel a dark color (purple black red ect.)

its impossible to dye something white. you can only dye them black, and i believe someone said they turn out brown? not 100% sure about that one.

You might be able to bleach something white, I have no idea how though.

yeah you can dye it a dark color if its orange but i doubt you could get lighter
