ok. if you have steel bars I wish you luck. Chrome paint turns grey after it drys Iv done it on my scooterzone bars.

use the chrome spray paint then put a couple layers of clear coat to give it a good shine

i have chromoly bars.. tell me if im doing anything wrong
first i will strip the paint/clearcoat off of it
then i will apply a coat of primer on it
then i will apply 3 coats of the chrome paint 2 hours in between coats
then let it dry overnight
then i will aply 2-3 coats of clearcoat on it 2 hours in between and let it dry and cure for about 2 days

if i do all this will it turn out well?

Nick darger said its not worth it because he said he had to sand the inside and out side of the bars just to fit on the fork and fit the clamp on.
