only a warranty on the forged headtube. if you brake anything else, which will most likely happen, you're fucked.

Thanks for the answers. And i think I know what im getting, but i already had a tilt scs before and it would never stay tight... Is there anything that I was doing wrong when installing it because if i buy another one, i want to make sure it works

you have to loosen all the bolts put it on your fork tighten the top cap down then insert your bars then you have to tighten the top bolt a little bit then the next bolt then the next bolt then the last bolt. now you do that all over again until its completely tight. you have to tighten each one little by little or it wont clamp evenly

only thing about that set up is that i heard that the addict headset is slow. i would go with FSA or something along those lines.
im not too sure cause ive never ridden it. its just what i heard.

Change the Addict headset to an FSA or Envy, my envy spins hella smooth. Also if you wanted to go the HIC route get VertX G's and a Tilt Double Clamp
