I feel like something needs to be done about all the bots but really though what can we do. If we make it harder to register or something along those lines the programmers would probably still find away around it.

We should do a thing where you have to answer some questions before you register...like scooter related questions. About compression systems and certain parts and what not. That way a noob actually has to research and then he can have an account but the bots won't be able to get in.

On another forum i go on theres a thing called a forum password you have to enter when registering, then in the READ THIS BEFORE REGISTERING/FORUM RULES type thread at the bottom it says the forum password, i mean i dont know if bots would be able to figure that out but yeah.

^ this sounds a pretty good idea, it would get rid of at least some bots, and it wouldn't necessarily stop noobs, but they'd have learn something before they get an account, witch would make them slightly more educated and less annoying? i actually really think this could work...

SR is getting a full 10 year anniversary overhaul in the new year.

Updated security is a part of that package so hold on tight! In the mean time we're doing all we can to catch them as they post and IP ban them but there's only so much we can do
