Can someone give me measurements?

On one piece bars, my dad just told me he can make me a pair for free (as a sample) but he just needs the measurements.

1.125 id(not sure for id but i think im right) 1.25 or 1.375 od for the steer tube

.875 od for the cross bar and as thick as ytou want it

od - 7/8
id - 3/4

steertube:
od - 1 1/4
id - 1 1/8

these are the EXACT sizes, i just made one piece chromo bars wit them and they're amazing

Mine are going to be some steel though, my dad says it's some really good steel but I have no clue.
