can someone help me please

my scooter is an old A model razor. i bolted it. the handle bars are uneven with the wheel. i tried takin out the aalon bolt and tightening it but nothing works. what should i do?

lol loosen the allen key bolts put ur feet around the wheel and steer the bars to make it straight then tighten it back up

there is a clamp at the bottom of your bars. loosen it and striaghten your bars. then tighten it

guys he means no matter how much he tightens the clamp, the wheel still gets uneven with the handlebars. and i tripled bolted it for him lol he just started riding last week n i sold him the scooter
