cane creAk

i have had my cane creek S-3 for around a month and a half
when i spin my bars for whips barspins batwists ect it creeks like a driver on a prorile hub
its weird i start turning it and it goes click click click
anyone no how to fix this problem?
anyone no what the problm is ?
and no its not that i installed my headset wrong so dont say that

you might of tightened it to tight

take it apart then lube it with high speed grease
